Love the taste or your money back, no questions asked.
If your child doesn’t love their first Secret Sprouts™ order, request a refund within 30 days of delivery. No return is required. Email hi@secretsprouts.com with your order number and we’ll take it from there. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we will notify you. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us if anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect so we can put it right. If we require a return in these circumstances, we cover return postage and will replace or refund the item.
Subscriptions
To pause, skip or cancel an upcoming subscription order, email hi@secretsprouts.com. Cancellation takes effect from your next scheduled order. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel an order already processed. The taste guarantee applies to your first order.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your applicable cancellation rights.
