Secret Sprouts™ began around our family table, with me and my three daughters.
Three daughters. One familiar challenge.
Like lots of parents, I wanted my children to enjoy more vegetables, greens and fruit. Getting everyone excited about them was another matter. We wanted to find something that fitted into family life and that the girls would actually look forward to.
That became our shared idea: a creamy, chocolate and vanilla shake made for children, with vegetables, greens and fruits inside. The girls helped shape what mattered most — a flavour they enjoyed and a little fun in their everyday routine.
A family idea, developed with expertise
To turn that idea into a carefully considered formula, we worked with a pharmacist and an established pharmacy company. Together, we brought plant blends and selected nutrients into a shake designed for children aged 4–13.
Secret Sprouts is made in the UK. We share the blend quantities and added nutrient amounts clearly, because parents should be able to see what they are choosing.

Our characters, hero cards and stories bring a little imagination to the routine. Each first subscription order includes one hero card and one book, so there is something to explore together.
We created Secret Sprouts to complement everyday food and a varied, balanced diet — while continuing to offer vegetables, greens and fruit at the family table.
